We discovered it by chance and we will return. While we waited they gave us a delicious sliced tomato. Their Caesar salad with grilled chicken and apple is outrageous. We also ordered venison burgers, which were spectacular, wild boar burgers, and aged beef burgers. For the little one, a mini chicken burger. They have the bar and next to it a large room where the embers are. In addition, the waiters and cooks are very nice, they make you feel at home.

Due to an unexpected setback, we called this restaurant to inform them that we were going to arrive much later than the time we had reserved. In fact, we arrived when there was no one eating, only the waiters and kitchen staff were there. The truth is that it is impossible to be more friendly, after arriving very late, they received us with great cordiality, this says a lot in favor of the employees of this place. Regarding the food, everything was very delicious, the salad with cheese, lettuce, walnuts and caramelized onion was delicious, the lamb chops and grilled chicken thighs were very tasty and the homemade cheesecake with pistachio cream was exquisite. Without a doubt, when we return to that area, we already have the restaurant where we are going to eat fixed.

Some exquisite dishes and the grilled meat I won't even tell you... finger licking is not enough!!With a good Casa Juan salad and a bottle of that special red wine.If you pass through Fuente-Higuera, a mandatory stop, 100% recommended.
